Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Starter plan is free for as long as you use it, with no card required. Growth and Pro both include a 14-day free trial before you're charged.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time from the app's Billing page. Changes take effect immediately, and Shopify handles billing on your store's regular invoice.
What happens to my reviews if I downgrade?
Nothing is ever deleted. If you're over the Starter plan's published-review limit, the most recent reviews stay published and older ones simply stop counting toward new publishes until you're back under the limit.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees, ever. Pricing is a flat monthly rate billed through Shopify.
